Man Steps Out of Range Rover Strips Naked and Goes Mad

Earlier today about a certain man driving a Range Rover, how he parked the car, stepped out of it, stripped himself naked and suddenly went raving mad.
As bizarre as the tale was, my first instinct was to thrash it due to absence of details like the man’s identity, the license plate of the Range Rover and others but then the reader attached a picture to the mail and then i just decided to share it with you and hear your thoughts on this one.
The source also said that after the man stripped himself naked and had obviously gone mad, he began to defecate in his hands and as if that wasn’t bad enough, he also started chasing people around with it. *gross*
I’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update on this story but what do you think could have been responsible for such an incident.
